PE/EVOH/PE Ostomy Bag Film is a high-performance co-extruded film specially tailored for ostomy bag production. By combining polyethylene (PE) and ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) through advanced co-extrusion technology, it boasts excellent physical strength and barrier properties, providing reliable protection for ostomy bags and ensuring patient safety and comfort during use.

 

The middle EVOH layer effectively blocks the diffusion of odorous gases(e.g., hydrogen sulfide) from excreta, addressing the core pain point of "odor embarrassment''for ostomy patients.Prevents oxygen from penetrating into the bag to inhibit bacterial growth, extending the storage time of excreta. It also resists oil penetration, suitable for patients with different dietary habits.

 

The inner PE layer features a soft touch ,fitting closely to the skin without causing friction damage ,ideal for long-term wear.High tensile strength and tear resistance:It can withstand tension during bag manufacturing and daily use, not easily damaged.Excellent heat-sealing performance:Ensures tight sealing of ostomy bag seams, avoiding leakage risks.
